Had an awesome time with friends. We explored the stunning nearby parks and enjoyed some local restaurants. The breakfast was great, and the rooms were very clean. I appreciated the convenient location to public transport. Just a heads-up, check in advance for room arrangements to avoid complications.
One downside was the check-in process. the staff didn't fulfill our request for two beds despite an early request, which was a bit frustrating.

The room was spacious with a spectacular view of the sunset over the Andes. The breakfast was consistently excellent, though the eggs could use some improvement. I loved the convenient supermarket right across the street. Would definitely choose this place again!

Additionally, the breakfast featured a good variety, including freshly baked pastries and quality coffee.
The fitness center had limited equipment.

Family with children should stay here
The location is great. Walking distance to many things like grocery, mall, park. The staff was always willing to help, especially the cheerful lady at breakfast who seemed genuinely happy to see us each day. Everything was clean and comfortable, we really felt like we were in our own apartment with the big windows and park views.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but worth it for the quality we got.

The King Room I stayed in was pretty nice! It had huge windows letting in lots of light, and the coffee machine was a nice touch. The location is super convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby, and I liked the executive menu too. However, it wasn't very well lit, which was a bummer. The bedding was comfy, and I enjoyed the view of the Andes. But it could’ve used a few more hangers in the closet!

The hotel's location is excellent for business, with lots of dining options nearby. Rooms are comfortable, and the amenities are decent, though the room service food leaves much to be desired. Customer service could definitely improve, as interactions felt more transactional than warm.

Recommend for a quick layover
Comfortable room, convenient location, with a large bathroom that made my stay enjoyable and stress-free. The hotel includes a rich breakfast selection featuring various fruits and delicious breads in a serene environment, and it’s just a short distance of 0.5 km from the nearest metro station.
Nothing could be improved.
